Maintenance of machinery requires signal adjustment and vibration monitoring! We will also introduce examples of signal conditioning.
Remote vibration monitoring is a fundamental need. In today's factories, it is essential to grasp and control parameters of industrial processes such as flow rate, temperature, pressure, and liquid level in order to produce high-quality products. Large-scale industrial process plants are equipped with various rotating and reciprocating machines, and there is a demand for measuring variables such as shaft vibration amplitude, casing seismic vibration, bearing temperature, lubrication oil temperature, and seal oil pressure. These parameters are crucial for the smooth operation of machinery and the prevention of catastrophic failures. Signal conditioning is a powerful tool that can be utilized for the measurement, control, and monitoring of important parameters, as well as for reducing erroneous measurements. Here, we will explain how vibration monitoring works in plants and why highly flexible products are important. *For more details, you can view the related links. Company information
BATROSS Co., Ltd. was established as a new company within the KJC Group. In collaboration with the U.S. company Metrics, we will focus on planning and selling electronic devices such as vibration sensors and related components, marking the group's first challenge in the BtoB market. The KJC Group started in 2003 with a single Edison chopstick. We have always prioritized quality and developed products based on thoroughly responding to customer feedback. We have primarily focused on the BtoC market, particularly in the baby sector. Long ago, Michelangelo was commissioned by the Pope to paint a massive ceiling mural of about 300 tsubo (approximately 1,000 square meters). With no preparation time, he made a sudden transition from sculptor to painter. Through passion and effort, he undertook the challenging mural work for four years, achieving the great masterpiece "The Creation of Adam." BATROSS aims to surpass the achievements of "The Creation of Adam" and enters the BtoB market with passion and focus. We will advance our business as a company that plays a part in the global expansion of the KJC Group.
