Achieving ultra-high precision cutting with follow support The machine bed is equipped with completely independent, high-sensitivity servo follow support, which provides sufficient support when cutting while rotating the pipe, achieving ultra-high precision cutting. Efficient multi-mode loading The R1 series is equipped with a fully automatic magazine system that keeps loading speed within 20 seconds. The fully automatic magazine system can accommodate pipes ranging from 20 to 120 mm in size and lengths of 4 m to 6.5 m. The fully automatic magazine system is interchangeable with a semi-automatic loading mode, enabling sequential supply of workpieces. Reducing scrap length with chuck jumping Standard equipped with cylinder chuck jumping, significantly reducing the length of scrap. High precision cutting is performed with jumping, ensuring processing accuracy for long workpieces through chuck displacement. Optional servo chuck jumping enables precise and efficient chuck jumping operations.
