The "Residual Crystal Scraper Device SCREW" is an innovative new design developed to automatically and efficiently collect crystals remaining in the centrifuge basket and those attached to the filter cloth. The spiral peeling mechanism pushes the crystals downward while intermittently scraping them off, achieving a significant reduction in processing time and an improvement in recovery rates compared to conventional products. Furthermore, it can scrape off crystals right up to the edge of the filter cloth, minimizing product loss. This device can be installed on almost all centrifuges manufactured by Matsumoto Machinery Works. In addition to improving product recovery rates, it significantly contributes to reducing labor costs and operating hours by decreasing manual work.
