We can perform mold forming with CR rubber hardness of 60. The hardness can be adjusted to other values, and the shape of the nozzle can also be changed depending on the mold.
We start the mold construction based on the drawing shape and shape the rubber by applying heat and pressure. CR is a standard material with average resistance. We accept everything from prototyping to mass production, including coloring and hardness adjustments.
