Main tasks in "oxygen-deficient hazardous areas": - Removal of sludge inside the tank (removal of sludge, scale, and waste residues) - Gas venting and ventilation (removal of flammable and toxic gases such as methane) - pH and component measurement (confirmation of the components in the tank liquid) - Sensor inspection and replacement (replacement and adjustment of level meters, concentration meters, and gas detectors) - Inner wall repair and lining (reconstruction to maintain chemical resistance and corrosion resistance) - Maintenance of mixers and pumps (cleaning of stirring blades, repair of motors and seals) - Odor prevention equipment work (cleaning and replacement of activated carbon and chemical spray nozzles) - Cleaning of the tank bottom, etc. 2.
