Marel's fillet washer, manufactured with FDA-approved materials, automatically minimizes water usage for the cleaning nozzle and electricity consumption for the blower.
The "CT 1636.20" is a machine for finishing the washing of fillets before the salting, packaging, and freezing processes. Using water pressure adjusted according to the type of fish and the condition of the fillets, both sides of the fillets are washed simultaneously. An optional blower can be added to remove any residual moisture from the fillets after washing. Additionally, it features a mesh belt for improved cleanability and maintainability.
