The humimeter BLL is a handheld wood chip moisture meter manufactured by Schaller (Schaller GmbH, Austria). By simply inserting the sensor into the pile of chips, moisture can be measured quickly and easily. It features three calibration curves tailored to the size of the chips, with a measurement range of 10 to 50% (Wet Base). It can measure up to a depth of 1 meter. This device can be brought to the site, providing reliable real-time moisture measurements, contributing to improved work efficiency and enhanced biomass power generation efficiency.
