We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the inventory management system "SmartF" at Maruka Co., Ltd., a company in the unloading and logistics warehouse industry. The company faces the challenge of incorrect shipments occurring every 2 to 3 months due to the mix-up of products with similar appearances and part numbers. As a result of the implementation, by switching to barcode verification using handheld terminals, the number of incorrect shipments has been reduced to zero annually.
