This survey primarily targets equipment users in the process industry, aiming to understand the "payment rates to outsourced skilled workers" for maintenance services and construction, categorized by region, profession, and over the years. Since 1989, it has been conducted annually by our association (four times a year until 1998). We provide average, maximum, and minimum values of the payment rates to outsourced skilled workers for maintenance work (the actual amounts paid by equipment users in the process industry) in a yearly survey report, categorized by routine maintenance, SDM (shutdown maintenance), and spot work.
