This application note describes the hydrogen permeability test conducted in accordance with ASTM G148 using the DropSens μStat-i Multi16 device. This instrument allows for the operation of two channels in floating mode, providing the necessary sensitivity for these measurements. The μStat-i Multi16 can perform multiple hydrogen permeability tests with up to 8 H-cells using just one device. The H-cells used in this study consist of two compartments, namely, the generating charging cell.
