It is a newly developed high-purity ion exchange resin that enables the high purification of various chemicals and process liquids required in the manufacturing process of electronic industrial products. ● To minimize elution from the resin, impurities and TOC are reduced by addressing unreacted materials contained in the resin. ● Effective for the purification of aqueous and organic solvent-based chemicals and process liquids. ● Specializes in the removal of ionic impurities at levels below ppb (patented technology).

It has excellent chemical resistance and is effective against high concentrations and high temperatures of acids and alkalis. It is also resistant to organic solvents, with minimal leachables.
