Our freezing machine features a unique technology combining "stirring flaps" and "gondola vertical oscillation," which establishes forced convection in the water tank and enables efficient heat exchange. It can freeze approximately 10 times faster than air freezing and about 4 times faster than liquid cooling. As a result, ingredients that were previously difficult to freeze due to quality degradation can now be frozen.
