The Sensing Tex thin, stretchable resin-based pressure sensor sheet is commercialized using patented technology for materials and printing processes. The manufacturing process involves roll-to-roll sensor pattern molding of long roll base materials, ensuring high mass production capability and excellent quality. (Sizes range from chairs and beds to a maximum of 3x2m.) In addition to standalone use, we also provide an app platform that allows for detection and analysis of collected data linked to a cloud server environment. Compared to existing similar products, our sheet is thinner (sensor sheet thickness: 1-3mm) and made from a flexible and stretchable material, expanding its applicability to areas that were previously challenging. The main target application is in the healthcare field, serving as a complementary tool for monitoring and managing the posture, weight, and load conditions of users in hospitals, nursing facilities, and sports-related facilities, without causing any physical impact on the users. The product is primarily semi-custom made based on the desired size and basic specifications of each customer, but we recommend practical consideration after trialing evaluation kits that include standard products compatible with chair and sofa sizes, as well as sheets of the same size.
