VOC-free, APEO-free, tin-free water-based associative thickener (HEUR)
Features RHEOBYK-7601 increases viscosity in low shear regions and creates a high pseudoplastic flow behavior. As a result, sag resistance and storage stability are significantly improved, and good leveling is also achieved. When added to color pastes, this additive enhances the compatibility of the system's color paste while maintaining viscosity. Due to its composition, the addition of RHEOBYK-7601 is very simple, requiring no temperature control or pH adjustment. The balanced compatibility of this additive allows for use in various paint systems, particularly yielding good results in low VOC and VOC-free formulations. When combined with rheological additives effective in high shear regions, optimal workability is achieved.
