We would like to introduce a case study of our "PscanServePlus" implemented at a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. By combining the digitization of inspection reports received externally with automatic QR code sorting and full-text OCR search, we successfully streamlined the processing of 3,000 new documents monthly and the management of 3 million past documents. We moved away from physical storage in three warehouses and established an easy-to-use digitization system utilizing Excel macros and QR codes.
