A case where specifications/designs that can be realized from upstream design to implementation processes were constructed!
We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a tablet application and UI/UX design for the service "e-Concierge" provided by Nippon Telenet Corporation. The company was seeking an application development firm that could collaborate with Nippon Telenet, server/conversational engine development companies, and terminal development companies for implementation experiments, enabling the establishment of usability and system concepts. As a result, we coordinated discussions with the relevant parties and constructed specifications/designs that could be realized from upstream design to implementation processes. Furthermore, in the upstream design phase, we aimed to create an application that is easy to understand and use for the elderly by considering their cognitive and physical characteristics in the screen design and visual design. [Design] - Analysis of the characteristics of the target elderly demographic - Persona development (co-created with Nippon Telenet) - Design concept formulation - Design guide creation - UI/UX design - UI design creation *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We aim to develop products and services with high UX through design consulting that generates ideas and designs using a human-centered design approach, and engineering that can realize (PoC, development, implementation) those designs. In product and service development, the challenges of what kind of system should be built and what kind of services should be provided can only be properly addressed through business design and planning, which are upstream processes beyond idea generation and requirement definition. To achieve this, the collaboration of both engineers and designers is essential. By having designers and engineers work together from the very beginning phases to design business and user experiences, we can create products that are user-friendly and functionally adequate, thus developing products that balance user experience and functionality. To realize this, our company focuses on having designers and engineers work as one team, rather than in separate roles, to pursue the creation of user-friendly products.
