For pores with a diameter of less than 1mm, it is generally considered difficult to create deep holes of 10mm or more using drilling or laser processing. Our company can manufacture deep holes of over 100mm in length with an inner diameter of φ0.02mm using high-precision extrusion molding. The dimensional tolerance for the inner diameter is ±5%, and due to the nature of extrusion molding, the variation within the same lot is small. We can also create through holes with combinations of different shapes and hole diameters, allowing for structures with varying wall thicknesses from thin to thick.
