It demonstrates strength in transporting fragile pallets, such as wooden pallets and overseas-made pallets, which tend to sag in the center. With industry-leading performance and a high lift capacity of 19mm, these pallets can be transported safely and smoothly. The main frame is made from special steel that is used in submarine hulls, vehicle chassis components, and even parts of spacecraft, achieving very high robustness. The surface finish employs gold-coated plating, which has higher weather resistance and is less prone to rust than conventional plating, designed for long-term use. Additionally, it boasts a high transport capacity with a maximum allowable load of 1,500kg. The internal structure is designed with precision to be compatible with parts of specific existing products, and all components are manufactured by Yajima Manufacturing. By minimizing welding points while maintaining the overall strength of the product, durability and reliability are enhanced. Consideration is also given to work efficiency and safety, featuring improved visibility in dark storage areas, grease that does not freeze even at low temperatures, and a design with rounded corners that makes it less likely to tip over within the transport rails. Since standard parts widely distributed in the market are used for internal components, it also offers ease of maintenance.
