[Use Case] Application of Remote Management Cameras in Factory DX Transformation

We would like to introduce a case study of applying remote management cameras to factory digital transformation at Company N in Koto Ward, Tokyo. At the company, sales representatives used to call factory personnel to know the progress of the projects they were in charge of. Each time, the personnel had to stop their work to answer the phone, and the information shared verbally was often vague. With this installation, they were pleased to find that they could use a PC or mobile phone from outside the office to remotely change the camera angle and use the zoom function to check detailed work progress.
