Maximize efficiency around workstations to accelerate productivity improvement and labor-saving in logistics warehouses!
The "GTP Solution" proposed by AiOi System combines transport robots and a Projection Picking System (PPS) to clearly indicate to operators the items to be picked and the picking area upon arrival at the work station, enabling improved work efficiency and reduced errors. It provides an efficient sorting solution on-site, significantly streamlining current logistics operations. It achieves error prevention and reduces the workload in small-lot, multi-item picking and sorting tasks. AiOi System addresses on-site challenges with diverse solutions through "semi-automation," which combines automation and manual labor. 【Features】 ■ Elimination of errors by improving the work station around GTP ■ Labor-saving and efficiency through a robotics × PPS integrated system ■ Enhanced work accuracy with poka-yoke tailored to the on-site environment ■ Navigation of work procedures through flexible expression by PPS ■ Realization of fast and careful work with robots and manual labor ■ Flexible response to logistics fluctuations through station personnel adjustments *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
