Clarifying gender differences in drug treatment! A case study on the successful recovery of single cells.
We would like to introduce a case where the "Cell Sorter SH800S" was used at Shizuoka Prefectural University, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Our research focuses on sex differences in medicine related to drug therapy and cardiotoxicity caused by drug administration. To this end, we have established iPS cells from male and female dizygotic twins and are conducting research to develop methods for detecting gender differences and throughput systems for drug discovery.
