This product line consists of bifunctional urethane acrylates with properties such as moisture and heat resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and high insulation. It is particularly suitable as a base resin for UV-curable adhesives and coatings for electronic materials. - We offer three types: polycarbonate-based, hydrogenated polybutadiene-based, and aromatic-based. - All of them form flexible and tough films with rubber elasticity after UV curing. - The polycarbonate-based type has particularly high heat resistance and high moisture and heat resistance. - The hydrogenated polybutadiene-based type has particularly low water absorption and high insulation properties. - The aromatic-based type has particularly high chemical resistance.
