Insulated cover with water resistance, weather resistance, cold resistance, chemical resistance, dust resistance, and flame retardancy.
100% fluororesin is used for the surface material! Covering exposed steam pipes and valves with an ES jacket reduces energy loss and CO2 emissions!
The "ES Jacket" is an insulation cover that is installed on high-temperature boiler valve devices, plate heat exchangers, and liquid sterilization devices to protect the safety of workers from burns and collision accidents. By preventing the dissipation of thermal energy, it demonstrates excellent effects in reducing fuel costs and CO2 emissions. Additionally, since it uses 100% PTFE material, it complies with food sanitation laws. 【Features】 ■ Protects the safety of workers from burns and collision accidents ■ The surface material uses a "100% fluororesin" cross film ■ Clears all issues such as deterioration from ultraviolet rays and poor water resistance ■ Demonstrates excellent effects in reducing fuel costs and CO2 emissions by preventing the dissipation of thermal energy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
