The GDS-2000A series digital storage oscilloscope features a wide bandwidth of 300M/200M/100M/70MHz and a maximum sample rate of 2GS/s (*) with high-speed data processing using unique VPO technology, achieving a high waveform update rate of 80,000 waveforms per second. Combined with rich trigger functions, it facilitates the observation of jitter and the analysis of infrequent waveforms such as glitches and runt pulses, as well as rapidly changing waveforms. It also allows for brightness gradation display according to occurrence frequency, making it visually intuitive and enabling observation similar to that of an analog oscilloscope. A variety of optional modules are available, including a logic analyzer, function generator, and LAN/VGA. By adding the logic analyzer module, it can function as an 8CH/16CH logic analyzer, enabling both serial and parallel logic analysis.
