From water treatment to semiconductors! Enhancing gas dissolution and stirring efficiency!
Support for on-site improvements with Nichidai Filter's foaming filter elements 【Do you have these concerns?】 - Gas does not dissolve sufficiently in the liquid - Dissolution or processing takes time - High costs for dissolution and stirring - Want to make the reaction between liquid and gas more efficient 【Solutions with Nichidai Filter's foaming elements!】 Our foaming elements achieve uniform foaming throughout the entire element. Depending on gas flow rate, operating temperature, and equipment specifications, we propose suitable product shapes from open hole design, pressure loss adjustment, and screen selection. We have numerous achievements not only for new equipment installations but also as replacement parts for existing equipment. 【Benefits of implementation】 - Significant improvement in gas dissolution efficiency due to uniform bubbles - Stable quality through uniform stirring - Energy savings (reduction of excessive gas supply and stirring power) - High durability and custom options reduce maintenance burden
