We will introduce an example of a kitchen facility that prepares meals for about 50 people daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
In restaurants, the installation of grease traps is mandatory. Recently, convenience stores have also seen an increase in the cooking of fried foods, making the maintenance of grease traps essential. However, the reality is that stubborn grease stains are difficult to clean. Micro-nano bubbles have the property of lifting grease stains from surfaces, and by simply using micro-nano bubble water in kitchens, micro-nano bubbles flow into the grease trap, lifting the dirt and making cleaning easier. *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF document. Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
