We manufacture and sell vibration tools such as air hammers (concrete breakers, chisels, etc.). Our company primarily handles custom-made air tools that incorporate vibration reduction and noise suppression. Our unique technology and know-how have been highly evaluated, resulting in numerous achievements with major automobile manufacturers. ■ Low Vibration and Low Noise Technology Our proprietary vibration reduction technology (patented) reduces vibration exposure by 1/10 and achieves noise reduction of 5 to 10 dB. This helps prevent health issues such as "white finger syndrome" and "hearing loss." By applying the principle of Newton's cradle, we have devised methods such as splitting the chisel to increase impact force. ■ Lightweight Technology We have achieved a mass that is 60% of competing popular products, making it manageable even for women. For example, while women can now perform deburring tasks on castings, using an air hammer for deburring can be burdensome on the hands. Our company has quickly developed air hammers that can be handled by women. ■ Compatible with Robots By achieving a total 3-axis vibration value of 2.5 or less, we can now attach vibration tools to robot ends, which was previously difficult. For instance, an air hammer powered by air can be mounted on a collaborative robot to remove excess areas from aluminum parts.
