We have introduced single-shot vacuum forming machines and 3D 5-axis controlled laser processing machines, enabling us to produce small quantities of large resin molded parts, such as one-of-a-kind car bumpers. In addition to molding parts for small lot production, these machines can also be used for molding parts in the prototype development stage. ■ Large vacuum forming machine capable of one-off production The maximum processing size is 1,000mm x 2,000mm, and we can work with PVC, PET, ABS, PP, PS, and acrylic resin. We have a track record of receiving orders for small-lot mass production parts and have experience in handling modified car bumper parts. ■ Trimming processing with robots We have introduced a 3D 5-axis controlled laser processing machine, which allows us to perform trimming processing after molding with the vacuum forming machine, finishing the product. This method can cut complex shapes faster than plastic and NC cutting processes, making mass production possible. ■ A range of processing machines filled with unique know-how We are continuously improving our manufacturing technology, which has been cultivated since our establishment, and we also possess various processing machines, including wire bending machines for mass production that incorporate our unique know-how. We can bend wire from Φ3 to Φ6, accommodating a wide range from small lots to mass production.
