The "Lapping Jig MRG-100" is a device designed for development and prototyping that enables high-precision lapping of glass substrates, film substrates, and more. The rotation of the lapping roll and the movement of the sample stage can be easily operated using a volume knob and a toggle switch. It is equipped with a hot plate, allowing lapping processing while the substrate is heated. When liquid crystal molecules come into contact with the alignment film that has undergone rubbing treatment, the liquid crystal molecules easily align in that direction, enabling the ON/OFF control of light transmission.
