The solid components (such as soil and starch) contained in the potato washing wastewater have been filtered, separated, and collected.
We would like to introduce our case of cake recovery. Are you facing any of the following issues with the treatment of solid waste generated during food manufacturing processes (such as soil contained in potato washing wastewater)? - I want to easily separate solids and liquids (filtration/cake recovery)... - I want to reduce the load by performing pretreatment before the wastewater treatment system... - I want to easily dispose of the recovered materials directly... - I want to use a system without consumables (filters, filter cloths, etc.)... We have a case where our MG-type fully automatic centrifuge separated and recovered solids (such as soil and starch) from potato washing wastewater. By performing high-precision filtration with a standard centrifugal force of 1700G, we can recover a highly dewatered cake. We efficiently recover even viscous cakes. If you are having trouble with the filtration separation of wastewater or cake recovery, please feel free to consult us.
