We would like to introduce a case study of Kyonan Co., Ltd., which operates car wash, bodywork, and wellness businesses, regarding the implementation of "unmanned systems using Salesforce," "inside sales outsourcing," "Sakura outbound," and "Sakura CTI." The company was managing member information and vehicle numbers using commercially available packaged software and Excel, but with the increase in the number of members, they reached the limits of manual operations.
