We would like to introduce a case study of a system implemented based on the Toyota Production System (TPS) at Toyota Motor Corporation's Ooguchi Second Parts Center. Toyota L&F was involved in the planning, design, and equipment introduction of the automation project at the center. We proposed an appropriate system that thoroughly pursued the elimination of waste and the efficiency of the workplace, and delivered various advanced equipment.
