The Evolve D columns provide ready-to-use solutions for protein purification and impurity removal in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing. These columns, pre-filled with the resin of your choice, are manufactured under ISO 7 conditions to ensure purity and uniformity. The Evolve D columns come with an analysis certificate and regulatory support file (RSF), offering a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective option that enables streamlined workflows. The sizes of Evolve columns range from 7 cm to 60 cm in diameter. Please refer to the brochure for more details.

  The Evolve process column is specially designed for biopharmaceutical applications. It offers eight different diameter sizes and provides a cost-effective, scalable high-performance technology applicable to chromatography processes from pilot scale to production scale. Key Features: - Non-metallic flow paths allow for the use of high salt concentration solutions and guanidine hydrochloride solutions, eliminating the risk of corrosion at flow path contact points. - Pressure resistance of up to 4 bar, accommodating flow rates of up to 1000 cm/h. - Scalability across all column sizes, with adjustable packing heights from 2 to 52 cm. - Economical semi-disposable configuration with the column refresh kit. - The Evolve process column is available in diameters of 70, 100, 140, 200, 250, 300, 350, 450, and 600 mm.
