We will introduce a case where an old rotary feeder was removed and replaced with a new one!
We would like to introduce a case of "Rotary Feeder Replacement Work" conducted at a cement service station in Aichi Prefecture. The existing rotary feeder had deteriorated, necessitating its replacement. The new unit was smaller than the existing one, so it was necessary to create a new chute to adjust the height, but the trial operation was completed without any issues. This replacement involved a rotary feeder from another company, but our company also designs and manufactures rotary feeders in-house. If you are considering updating your rotary feeder, please feel free to contact us. [Case Overview] ■ Reason for Construction - The existing rotary feeder had deteriorated. ■ Response Details - The new unit was smaller than the existing one, but a new chute was created to adjust the height. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
