Nanocure <Using negatively charged nanocarbon>

The water-soluble cutting oil significantly improves its original purpose of cooling performance!

"NanoCure" is a water-soluble cutting and grinding fluid that uses "carbon dispersion liquid," developed through the collaboration of Nagoya Institute of Technology Graduate School and Aichi Industrial Technology Comprehensive Center. The "nano carbon dispersion liquid" used in this product significantly enhances the cooling performance, which is the primary purpose of water-soluble cutting oils, due to its excellent thermal conductivity, lubricity, and dispersibility. Furthermore, the presence of carbon particles is expected to suppress metal adhesion to tools and clogging of grinding wheels. 【Features】 ■ Uses negatively charged nano carbon ■ High thermal conductivity ■ Excellent dispersion in water as a solid lubricant ■ Suppresses metal adhesion to tools and clogging of grinding wheels *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
