The "IBT-610II" enables deburring of various materials from thin plates to thick plates, significantly reducing processing time. Wet processing stabilizes the quality of deburring and minimizes dust dispersion. It comes standard with two wheels: ceramic and CPVF. This allows for high-speed, high-quality deburring through a consistent operation from rough cutting to finishing. Each of the No. 1 and No. 2 wheels can operate with oscillation, accommodating deburring in all directions and ensuring a stable finished surface.
