Next-generation sheets that enrich the ocean. They create new seaweed beds and contribute to achieving carbon neutrality!
Once rich, the seagrass beds are decreasing year by year due to environmental changes and human impact. Seagrass beds serve as habitats for marine life and also play a role as "blue carbon" by absorbing and sequestering CO₂. Now, the restoration of seagrass beds is urgently needed for both ecosystem conservation and climate change mitigation. To tackle this challenge, we are developing a sheet that enables the easy construction of seagrass beds.
