The cutting surface was clean, with almost no burrs or fraying, and it was judged to be practical as a product such as gaskets. ■ Discussion and Future Actions Since the results were better than expected, we plan to accumulate examples of failures under the assumption that the conditions happened to align. We will verify whether similar precision can be achieved at higher speeds and will attempt to implement this while maintaining a better operating rate. ■ Overall Evaluation We confirmed that micro circular cuts from 15φ to 0.5mm increments are possible with 1t silicone rubber.
