We would like to introduce a case where we implemented a water-soluble cutting oil with excellent defoaming properties to address high-pressure coolant requirements. The customer in this case faced the challenge of coolant easily foaming due to the machine structure, leading to cutting oil overflowing from the tank. After implementation, the defoaming effect lasted for about a month, so the customer decided to assign a duty to ensure that an additive was added at least once a month during the winter period, even when there was no foam.
