With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, large water droplets can be removed, but due to the influence of "surface tension," droplets smaller than 1mm cannot be blown away, only moved. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, making it impossible to blow away droplets smaller than 1mm, and thus the workpiece cannot be completely dried. To completely blow away these small droplets of less than 1mm, it is necessary and important to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "popping" cut air is blown out. This cut air generates several times the force of the normally blown intermittent air (patented). Additionally, with standard air blowing, water droplets are blown upwards, causing the ejected water to fall back and reattach to the workpiece, which also contributes to the workpiece not drying. The "Air Screw Nozzle" rotates itself and emits rotational waves.
