This product, "β-Carotene Emulsion," is a natural food coloring made by emulsifying natural β-carotene crystals with glycerin, sucrose fatty acid esters, caprylic/capric triglycerides, polyglycerol fatty acid esters, phospholipids, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E, sunflower oil, and water. The particle size is uniform, and the liquid appears orange to brown. The β-carotene content is available in specifications such as 1%, 2%, and 10%. This emulsion has high water dispersibility and stable coloring properties against acid, heat, and light. β-Carotene is a type of carotenoid that serves as a precursor to vitamin A in the body, and it is expected to contribute to antioxidant effects, enhanced immunity, vision, and overall health maintenance.
