Unlike conventional iron core direct-wound rolls, it adopts a unique structure where "the shaft is fixed and only the rubber sleeve (outer wheel) rotates." Internal bearings reduce rotational resistance to the limit. It smoothly "follows" the sheet's conveying force without the need for a motor or other driving devices. It is ideal for preventing "scratches" and "slips" in high-performance films, non-woven fabrics, and paper processing lines that are sensitive to tension. **Features** Incredible low torque performance: It rotates smoothly even with weak tension, minimizing the load on the product.
