A high-precision gate system that monitors abnormal discharges of wastewater containing paints and solvents, automatically shutting off the drainage outlet to prevent external contamination.
In printing and painting factories, the discharge of ink, paint, and solvents is handled, and if abnormal leakage occurs, the impact on the environment can be significant. This system continuously monitors pH, oil film, turbidity, and automatically closes the gate when exceeding threshold values, quickly stopping the spread into drainage channels. Custom designs tailored to paint characteristics and line configurations are possible, and flexible integration with existing equipment is also supported. It assists in achieving both environmental burden reduction and risk mitigation. 【Features】 - Strong structure against ink and paint leakage - Fully automated monitoring and blocking - Flexible customization to fit equipment - Proven track record in printing and painting factories *We also offer a diverse lineup of sluice gates for various applications!
