The "U20A-MMMVR" is a USB mouse mover that rotates the reading surface of the mouse, allowing the pointer to move automatically. Since the mouse's reading surface operates on USB power as a turntable, the pointer continues to move automatically, preventing the screen saver and sleep mode from activating.
