We would like to introduce a case of machining a custom product, "high-precision hydrogen energy distributor parts," based on a request from a new customer. We handled everything from process analysis, material preparation, CNC rough machining, natural aging, CNC finishing, finishing work, inspection, cleaning and photography (for customer confirmation), to packaging and delivery. Considering the characteristics of PEEK, we formulated a process plan in advance.
