"A company that sorts everything." A pioneer in sorting machines with 90 years of history.
It is a system that can be customized and proposed according to the target, such as a sorting machine that finds and removes foreign objects of the same color, like frogs and caterpillars, in cut vegetables like lettuce, a system that detects and removes black branches of the same color found in dried hijiki, and a device that inspects hand-stretched somen noodles at high speed with a camera to automatically remove noodles with black spots. Unlike general image inspection devices, its strength lies in the ability to perform full inspections and remove defective products at high speed.

basic information
We develop, manufacture, and sell optical sorting machines used for the inspection of food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial materials, as well as for the removal of foreign substances (including image processing, air sorting, and electrostatic sorting). We were founded in 1935 in Uji City with the invention of an electrostatic sorting machine that sorts Uji tea leaves and stems using static electricity. We have evolved from sorting by static electricity to color sorting using optical sensors, and then to sorting using cameras, while also expanding the range of materials we sort.
