"FluoroSurf" and "Mold Free" provide excellent non-stick release properties to metal surfaces when applied. Outstanding release properties even with difficult recycled plastics! Please try it when conventional release agents fail. PFAS-regulated substances are not used. 【Features】 ■ The fluoropolymer film reacts with the mold material and adheres strongly, allowing continuous release even when conventional release agents fail. ■ The film thickness is only a few nanometers, faithfully reproducing surface shapes at the nano and sub-micron level. ■ FluoroSurf can be applied with brushes or spray guns, while Mold Free can be applied directly from an aerosol can. The application is completed in just 10 minutes at room temperature, eliminating the need for external processing like baked fluoropolymer. ■ There is no accumulation of dirt on the mold, nor transfer to the workpiece, eliminating the need for cleaning processes. (Excluding Mold Free MF-02S) ■ There is no transfer of release agent components, so cleaning of molded products is unnecessary. ■ It is non-flammable, thus not classified as a hazardous material under fire safety laws. Additionally, it has low odor. A water-based model is also available for VOC countermeasures. ■ There is no need to remove the film during mold reworking. ■ It is effective in reducing surface defects in extrusion molding.
