Selection of Press Method By specifying the processes of press forming (bending, forming, deep drawing) and shapes (pipes), it calculates the thickness and plastic strain distribution that corresponds to actual parts. Additional settings can be configured according to forming conditions. For example, in deep drawing mode, it automatically detects vertical wall sections and adjusts the strain distribution considering the effects of beads. Support for Pipe Shapes It supports closed cross-section parts and can be applied to pipe-shaped components, including sheet pipes. Additionally, it includes a function to predict changes in cross-sectional shape (deviations from drawings) caused by variations in thickness, equivalent plastic strain, and pipe bending methods, allowing for the construction of highly accurate models.
