The degreasing process, which is generally considered difficult with tap water, has been achieved through the power of a special brush, enabling automation of the work. By mechanizing a process that was previously performed by skilled workers, we have not only reduced time and labor but also stabilized quality. Additionally, this equipment can accommodate widths of up to 1000mm, allowing for flexible handling of various sizes of sheet metal parts. Furthermore, its structure enables simultaneous cleaning of both sides, resulting in reduced process time and improved work efficiency. This has become a significant asset in our process design for "ultra-diverse small-lot production," which is one of our strengths.
