GEMU® has provided high-purity plastic block valve solutions that have solved challenging issues in the wet areas of the global semiconductor industry. By minimizing liquid pooling, reducing footprint, and lowering the risk of piping leaks, we support stable semiconductor production. GEMU® has newly announced a modular type. The body, divided into multiple sections, is secured with several rods. This type of block valve offers: - Replaceable parts → Reduction in maintenance costs - A single design that allows for flexible customization of valves according to equipment needs - Individual model types for each part, making procurement easy. In many cases, if a block valve has even minor issues, the entire unit needs to be replaced, leading to high maintenance costs. This design addresses that problem. A single modular design is created during the manufacturing stage, and the number of valves can be adjusted according to customer requests, allowing for flexible designs to be created in a short time based on the situation.
